What’s New in the 2023 Kia EV6?

For 2023, Kia makes two major changes to the EV6 range. The first is the introduction of the range-topping GT model. With all-wheel-drive and a system total of 576 horsepower, the EV6 GT is the most powerful production Kia built to date. It offers zero to sixty in just 3.2 seconds, coupled with an EPA-estimated range of up to 208 miles.

The second change is the dropping of the entry-level Light variant, making the Wind trim the base model. Therefore, the 2023 Kia EV6 range encompasses the Wind, Wind AWD, GT-Line, GT-Line AWD, and GT.

The Kia EV6 debuted in August 2021 as the Korean automaker’s first electric vehicle. Built on a new E-GMP electric vehicle platform that’s shared with sister company Hyundai, the EV6 quickly won favor with reviewers all over the world.
